Missed appointments

-When you book an appointment with myself at Restorative BodyWork that time slot is reserved for you and only you and will commence at the scheduled time and continue for the amount of time requested. In return, it is expected that you keep your commitment to show up for your appointment on time.
-The total value of scheduled appointment will be charged in full for clients that are a "no-show" or fail to cancel their reservation within a 24-hour time period, (unless spot can be filled). As a business owner, I have costs of living too. Thanks for your understanding.
-I do understand that there are circumstances beyond your control like (illness, emergencies, mommy brain, etc) and I may decide to give you a one time pass.

In case of an emergency

In the event of an authentic emergency there will be no charge for you. However if it happens on more than one occasion, I will charge for the scheduled session.

Cancellation

In the event that you unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone or text, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach me, please leave a message.

If I the Therapist have to cancel

If your appointment is cancelled or postponed by me the therapist within the 24-hour time period, because of sickness or childcare issues, your re-scheduled massage session will be discounted 10%.
