After the birth of my daughter, I experienced many difficulties caused by my c-section, which lead me to seek a treatment that could help me with my dysfunctional physical patterns. After much research, I discovered and attended a Jocelyn Olivier NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR) training course. The NMR learning experience was the revolutionary technique that changed the quality of my life, as well as the focus of my Massage Therapy practice.

I now have the tools to identify and correct compensation patterns of the human body that are the root cause of many pain related issues — in turn, promoting long-lasting positive changes in my client's lives.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I actively continue my education staying on top of the latest treatment techniques in-line with medical massage, and finding solutions for chronic pain.
